This is the easiest way to take care of the pizza craving while still maintaining a good balance of nutrition. Easy to whip up, can use whatever ingredients you have on hand, and it’s a delicious snack that all family members will enjoy 🙂 I have experimented with a few different combinations of toppings for my tortilla pizza and I can happily say they are all delicious! Feel free to play around with what works for you!
Ingredients:
Large flour tortillas
Slices of cheese (baton shapped)
3 eggs
Pizza sauce
Shredded cheese
Pepperoni
Onions
Mushrooms
Cherry tomatoes
Sun-dried tomatoes
Dried basil
Italian seasoning
(Any other preferred toppings)
Directions:
Arrange three slices of cheese in a triangle shape on the tortilla. Roll up edges of tortilla over the cheese to form the crust, securing it with toothpicks (should form a “pizza slice” shape).
Spread pizza sauce in the centre of the triangle.
Crack two eggs into the center of your pizza slice.
Add all toppings of your pizza.
Brush the crusts of your pizza slice with the white of the third egg. Sprinkle with seasonings on top.
Place into oven for 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
