Before I was a fitness coach, my love of music and movement took me to South America. When I returned, BailaStudio became a way to share that passion with people like you!
I’ve continuously thrown myself wholeheartedly into training in new fitness methods and trends, while also creating recipes to complement your journey without feeling like you're missing out on good food (because food should fuel our bodies, while also fueling our joy!). I even wrote a recipe e-book called Simply Clean.
This training has helped bring a more holistic approach to both my work as a fitness coach and the recipes I develop.
