Preheat the oven to 350F, and either line your mini loaf pans with liners or oil them with non-stick cooking oil.
Combine all ingredients, with the exception of the chocolate chips, in a food processor or blender, and pulse or blend until just combined. You should be left with a thick batter.
Divide the batter amongst the pans, and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
You can replace the almond flour with any flour, and use any milk instead of oat milk.
