1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 White Balsamic vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
1 Tbsp honey
1 large shallot, finely diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 heaping tsp lemon zest
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp dried basil or finely chopped fresh
2 Tbsp fresh oregano leaves, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh dill
