Ingredients:
- 1 medium watermelon, preferably without seeds
- 3/4 cup goat feta
- handful of mint
- extra virgin olive oil
- white balsamic vinegar
- fresh ground pepper
Directions:
- Slice the watermelon, and cut the watermelon round into desired size pieces.
- Dress the watermelon round with crumbled feta, mint leaves and ground pepper.
- Drizzle the olive oil and white balsamic over the round, to your liking.
- Enjoy!
