Delight in our Baila Oat & Berry Bake – a perfect blend of wholesome oats and luscious berries for a nutritious treat!
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 30-40 minutes | Total Time: 50 minutes

Gluten-free. Can also be made dairy-free with some substitutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds (or ground flax seeds)
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup pecan pieces (or sliced almonds) (plus a little more to use for the topping)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon table salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/3 cup real maple syrup
- 1 large ripe banana mashed (can also use 3-4 tablespoons unsweetened apple sauce)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup melted butter (or melted coconut oil)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups frozen berry blend (don’t thaw them) or can use fresh
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Spray 8X8 pan inch baking dish with spray (or butter it).
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Mix well.
- Transfer to the baking dish, and top with the extra pecans/almonds and some berries.
- Bake 30-40 minutes until the very centre is set
- Place on cooling rack for 15 min before serving
- Top with some maple syrup, or plain yogurt for more protein.
