- 1 ½ cups of whole wheat flour (or almond flour)
- 1 cup raw sugar or coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp ground flax or chia seed (or 1 of each)
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
