Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond butter
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
Direction:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Roll out into bite-sized balls.
Let the bites set in the fridge for at least 25 minutes.

Note: You can substitute the almond butter with another nut butter, such as peanut butter or sunflower butter. These will keep well in the fridge for days, or feel free to freeze them to enjoy all month!
