Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 scoops of protein powder
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2t baking soda
- 1T coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350F, and either line your mini loaf pans with liners or oil them with non-stick cooking oil.
- Combine all ingredients, with the exception of the chocolate chips, in a food processor or blender, and pulse or blend until just combined. You should be left with a thick batter.
- Divide the batter amongst the pans, and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Note:
You can replace the almond flour with any flour, and use any milk instead of oat milk.
