Chocolate Protein Banana Loaf

Prep Time: 3 minutes | Cook Time: 27 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 scoops of protein powder
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2t baking soda
  • 1T coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F, and either line your mini loaf pans with liners or oil them with non-stick cooking oil.
  2. Combine all ingredients, with the exception of the chocolate chips, in a food processor or blender, and pulse or blend until just combined. You should be left with a thick batter.
  3. Divide the batter amongst the pans, and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Note:

You can replace the almond flour with any flour, and use any milk instead of oat milk.
