I am never doing the same workouts and my muscles are always challenged because of it. Lesley's classes have changed my life. Before moving to Deep River, I took classes with other instructors but no one even comes close to matching Lesley's energy, enthusiasm, dedication and knowledge. The variety of classes is awesome, and each one is a total body workout. She has a way of making me find energy I didn't know I had. I never thought I would want to work out 4-5 times/week, but now I hate it if I have to miss. We are so lucky to have her in town.
