1 cup almond milk (or other nut juice, coconut water, etc)
½ cup fresh blueberries
1 stalk of celery – cut in pieces
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tbsp chia seeds
A small handful of walnuts (or your preferred nut of choice)
A handful of spinach
1 scoop (approx 2 tbsp) of your favourite protein powder
½ tbsp maple syrup
Optional Ingredients:
Blackberries or raspberries, but blueberries are the most powerful for the brain 😉 a ½ a banana would be tasty, ground flax seed, coconut oil, kale, or even cauliflower, can be added if you want to sneak some more veggies in there;)
