Ingredients:
- 1 15oz can of chickpeas
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¾ tsp paprika
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Rinse the chickpeas and dry them well with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, combine chickpeas, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, olive oil & lemon juice. Coat chickpeas evenly with the seasoning.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper OR spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Place the chickpeas on the pan and spread in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, until golden.
