Ingredients:
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
Directions:
- Blend the yogurt and protein powder together. Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze until frozen (approximately 2 hours).
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl. Once popsicles are frozen, dip in chocolate until covered the desired amount.
- Coat the chocolate dipped popsicle in the crushed peanuts, and Enjoy!
Note:
Some yogurts may freeze at different temperatures, so be sure to check the popsicles moulds and confirm the popsicles are set before removing them.
