Ingredients
- 1c dry oats
- 1/3c unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2c natural peanut butter
- 1/3c ground flax seed (or chia seed)
- 1/3c hemp hearts
- 1/3c raw honey or dark maple syrup
- 1/2c dark mini chocolate chips (the more % of cacao, the better)
- 1t vanilla extract
Directions
- Add all to bowl and combine really well.
- Put in the fridge for about 20 mins to help the balls stick together when you roll.
- Once out of the fridge, take approximately 1T and roll into a ball. If they seem too dry, add a little more peanut butter or honey, as moisture depends on what type of peanut butter you used.
Makes about 18 balls. Store in the fridge or freezer and ENJOY!
