Step 1: Fly to Costa Rica
- Guests depart from Montreal or Toronto on February 15, arriving in San José, Costa Rica (SJO). An overnight stay at the Fairfield Hotel near the airport is recommended for a smooth start.
Step 2: Shuttle to Uvita
- On February 16 at 9:00 AM, the group shuttle departs from the Fairfield Hotel to Uvita, where the retreat officially begins.
Step 3: Return to San José
- At the end of the week, guests will travel back to San José on February 22 and stay overnight near the airport.
Step 4: Fly Home
- Guests fly home on February 23 after a week of sunshine, play, and restoration.
