Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, and cashew milk to a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
Mix in the protein powder, oat flour, salt and cocoa powder.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring everything is mixed together. Then form into balls.
Makes approximately 12-14 protein balls, that can be kept in the fridge for 4 days, or frozen for longer storage. Enjoy!
Notes:
Play around with this recipe by customizing it to your likes! Any nut butter can be used if you’re not a fan of peanut butter, or swap out the cashew milk for another dairy-free milk, such as almond or oat 🙂
