Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups dry oats
1/3 cup hemp hearts
1 full scoop of protein powder, plain or vanilla
1/3 cup almond butter
1/3 cup honey
1 large, well ripened banana
1/2 dark chocolate chips
Directions:
Mix together oats, protein powder, hemp hearts, almond butter and honey.
Mash banana well and add to mixture.
Add chocolate chips and mix well.
Store in fridge at least for one hour for the mixture to harden.
Remove from fridge and roll into bite-sized balls.
Serve immediately, or freeze for later!
Notes:
These make a great pre or post workout snack! They are easy to grab and go on your busy days. You can mix up the protein powder for a different favour, or add some collagen powder for added nutrition.
