Ingredients:
2 cup feta
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup hot honey (use regular honey if you want to omit the spice)
Pinch of dried thyme or fresh thyme sprigs
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Walnuts and dried cranberries for topping
Directions:
Crumble the feta into a food processor and process until smooth.
Add in the yogurt and pumkin puree and once again process until smooth.
Using a spatula, stir in the honey until well mixed.
This pumpkin dip can be served in a regular dish, or if you are feeling more festive you can use a small pumpkin! Once dished, top with walnuts, dried cranberries, thyme and red pepper flakes (omit if wanting no spice).
