Peel and slice your fruit, vegetables and herbs according to your tastes.
For the rice paper rolls, you will need to soak your wrapper in warm water for approximately 20 seconds or until malleable. Place your fruit along the lower part of the wrapper and tightly roll, tucking in the sides as you go.
For the dips, simply mix all ingredients together and set aside. Please note that the ingredient amounts for the dips may vary according to how large your fruitcucterie board is.
Dip your dates in natural honey, then roll in the unsweetened coconut.
Slice some large pieces of fruit to use as your ‘sashimi’ (I used pineapple & cantaloupe) and placed mint on top for colour.
Skewer some cut up pieces of fruit and veggies as a kebab.
Arrange all food on your board, with your dips and enjoy!!
