I consider myself lucky to be in this unique position to not only use my experience as a trainer, but also my clinical experience as a registered acupuncturist in TCM. As a specialist in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, my view on wellness is a lot different than most trainers and very holistic.

I’m a health and wellness coach who is committed to helping you achieve realistic and sustainable goals through moving your body with online fitness programs and nourishing yourself with healthy recipes.

I find the Low and Strong program an instant mood and confidence booster! Lesley has a variety of targeted and overall wellness workouts.

Whether you want to have a mini dance party with a groove workout, or sculpt those legs with a lower body workout, Lesley has you covered! Access to her online classes makes it easy for you to get a workout in whenever you want. She has a large online library for you to search from, with the ability to go back as many times as you want to your favourite workout video. She provides new content to keep you engaged, plus you can always reach out to her and request a specific workout!

What is Low & Strong?

I love the variety that Lesley offers you. If you only have ten minutes to spare, there is a challenging workout for you to fit into your day. Lesley often says “ Don’t worry no one is watching you, just go for it! You will never regret pressing play.” I just modify a move if I find one that is too challenging for me. I even take Lesley on holidays with me. I am on a holiday in PEI, and I have been doing one of Lesley’s videos everyday. They help me stay stretched out and limber for the activities of the day.
