Raspberry Detox Drink

A refreshing and tasty way to include apple cider vinegar into your routine! ACV works to fight inflammation, aids digestion and bowels, boosts metabolism (flushes the liver) to help with weight loss. Enjoy on your patio!

Ingredients: 

  • 2 tablespoons fresh (or frozen) raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon Raw ‘Bragg’s’ apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon unpasteurized raw honey
  • Ice
  • Water

Directions: 

  1. Place the berries in the bottom a tall glass.
  2. Add honey.
  3. Muddle the berries and honey with the back of a spoon. 
  4. Add in the Bragg’s apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.
  5. Fill the cup with ice and add in enough water to fill the rest of the cup. 
  6. Stir & enjoy! 

Recipe Notes: 

You could substitute the raspberries for fresh cranberries or blackberries.  Mint could also be used to make it even more refreshing 😉
