2 cups of berries (can use frozen berries but must be thawed), i recommend 1 cup blackberries and 1 cup blueberries.
4 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl (except the chia seeds)
In another bowl, combine the other ingredients.
Mix the dry and wet ingredients until well blended
In a greased square pan, place half of the mixture in the bottom (as a base layer)
Combine the berries, chia seeds, and lemon juice. Stir until thickened.
Spread berry mixture on top of the oats.
Spread the remainder of the oat mixture on top of the berries.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until oats are browned on top.
Optional Ingredients: Hemp hearts, flax seeds instead of chia. You can also supplement any kind of berries.
