Cut chicken breast or tofu into strips and put in Ziploc bag. Add the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, oil to the bag. Shake bag to coat chicken/tofu.
Cook/tofu the chicken on a grill on both sides until done. (Approx. 3 mins per side)
Peel and slice the avocado. Squeeze the lemon juice overtop.
Warm up the tortillas
Spread the Greek yogurt on one side of the wrap, sprinkle grated cheese over, then add the chicken, spinach, and avocado.
