Type of activity: All low impact. 3 classes per week plus some bonus stand-alone core videos.

What to expect: Weight training, low impact cardio, and Barre classes that you can do with a chair or countertop. These workouts can be done at whatever time of day that is convenient for you, the videos are accessible at all times.
Program access: Videos will be accessible on Facebook. I will add you to the private group when you sign up. It is super easy! You can then start it whenever you like. I will run the program for 4 full weeks from your start date.
