This class targets strength building and muscular endurance.
Best thing about it is that it’s completely up to you. You can set your own pace and go for it. Stations are set up around the studio where you will do 1 minute of cardio, then the next station will be 1 minute of strength training or bodyweight resistance moves.

Know before you go: Indoor running shoes, water bottle. Be a few minutes early so that you are ready when we show you the move at each station before you start.
What to expect: You will leave sweaty. We will use TRX’s, Bosu Balls, Equalizers, Kettle Bells, Halos, gliders, Free weights, and more to give you a full body workout in a short time frame.
