Healthy Pumpkin Oat Muffins

Pumpkins are abundant right now! These fruits are so often overlooked when it comes to healthy eating, but they are packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants! Plenty of beta-carotene in here to help your eye health, reduce inflammation, improve skin and aid in building a strong immune system. This healthy treat will be one for the recipe book!!

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 25 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Portion the mix into moulds of your own choosing.
  3. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 22-25 minutes.
